Job summary

Multiscreensite is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects from initiation to closeout. You will plan, schedule, budget, and coordinate on-site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of construction management experience on large-scale facilities and strong proficiency with Procore, Primavera, and AutoCAD. This role requires strong leadership and communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; PMP/CCM/LEED a plus.
• 5-7 years of construction management on commercial or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building code regulations; proficient with PM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Manage on-site teams, contractors, laborers, and vendors; track supplies and equipment to prevent delays.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities; ensure compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor expenses, forecast costs, and manage change orders to keep projects within budget.
• Provide status updates, document all phases, and prepare final reports upon completion.
• Identify risks and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
