Actalent is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The role emphasizes safety, on-time delivery, and controlling costs while collaborating with field leadership, subcontractors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in commercial/industrial construction, strong scheduling, budget management, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong scheduling and coordinating skills across multiple teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and forecast financial performance.
• Experience coordinating field activities, design partners, and subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial/industrial projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Serve as primary accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules to ensure milestones.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams per plans and contracts.
• Administer change orders and incorporate into budgets and schedules.
• Facilitate coordination among field leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support safety culture and client satisfaction throughout lifecycle.
• Participate in pre-construction activities including planning and budgeting.
