Qualifications

• Over 10 years of construction field experience.
• Oversee 2 to 14 projects simultaneously with typical values between $3–$5 million.
• Experience in planning, directing, and coordinating construction activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct activities for construction and maintenance of structures and systems.
• Study job specs to determine methods, time, and costs.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with architects, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Obtain permits and licenses.
• Schedule projects and allocate time to meet deadlines.
• Explain plans and terms to field personnel and teams.
• Inspect projects for compliance with codes and regulations.
• Resolve issues with owners, contractors, and designers.
• Ensure long-term project planning and quality control.
• Assist teammates to meet business objectives.
