Job summary

Continental is seeking a hands-on Community Manager to oversee onsite operations and lead a team. You will manage budgets, drive revenue through sales and marketing, and ensure a first-class resident experience while maintaining an inviting property.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to tour the community and stay active. You will report to the Regional Director/Vice President and play a key leadership role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential community management experience.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong budgeting and NOI growth experience.
• Tech-savvy with property platforms; Onesite and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets; drive revenue through strategic sales and marketing.
• Hire top talent and foster a culture of engagement and development.
• Inspect and maintain tour-ready units; ensure the community looks its best.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and present monthly KPI and financial analyses.
• Balance desk work with touring the community and staying active throughout the day.
