Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead the front and back of the collision repair shop, ensuring throughput, quality, and KPI attainment. You will oversee labor assignment, performance coaching, and incident-free payroll processes in a fast-paced MSO environment.

You will drive collaboration across technicians, estimators, and parts managers, ensuring estimates and repairs meet industry standards and insurer requirements, while maintaining safety protocols and customer

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Collision Industry including high-level knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements for a variety of carriers.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve successful results.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software, CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
• Proficient with Computers and other technology.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPI targets, manage front and back of shop from intake to delivery.
• Labour assignment and production management, prioritizing repairs.
• Provide teammate support during peak times and assist with estimates.
• Ensure repairs meet Crash Champions and I-CAR standards and that PPE protocols are followed.
• Handle payroll and staffing, including PTO and leave management.
• Coordinate daily production flow with Body Technicians, Collision Estimator, and Parts Managers.
• Write DRP-compliant estimates after disassembly and damage discovery, update estimates as needed.
• Assist in recruiting and developing teammates, conducting interviews, and coaching performance.
