The role requires a seasoned healthcare operations leader with Epic EMR expertise, strong financial acumen, and a track record of improving patient access, scheduling, and throughput. Travel between clinics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
• Significant progressive leadership experience in outpatient/ambulatory clinical operations.
• Willingness to travel between clinics as needed.
• Experience with Epic EMR in outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for assigned outpatient clinics and departments across locations.
• Maintain day-to-day oversight of ambulatory operations including patient access, scheduling, registration, throughput, and workflows.
• Serve as trusted operational partner to physicians, practice supervisors, and staff across sites.
• Provide interim leadership during vacancies, transitions, expansions, staffing shortages, or increased need.
• Coordinate deployment of float staff to clinics based on shortages and volumes.
