Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to provide on-demand coverage for delivery routes. You will learn multiple routes, load and deliver garments to customers, and ensure timely, high-quality service while maintaining vehicle safety and appearance.

The role emphasizes strong customer interactions, problem solving, and collaboration with service and management teams to support new installations and rerouting efforts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Meet DOT requirements, including a medical physical.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in route sales or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new technologies.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes.
• Deliver garments and products to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Problem solving to handle customer requests.
• Manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and maintain vehicle safety/appearance.
• Follow traffic laws and safety policies.
• Support new account installations and route rerouting efforts.
• Communicate customer feedback to location leadership.
