Job summary

FOX Television Stations is seeking an organized Administrative Coordinator for FOX 5 DC / FOX 5 PLUS to keep a fast-moving, multiplatform operation running smoothly. You’ll support the Office Manager, department heads, and station teams across linear TV, digital, streaming, and social media.

You’ll manage calendars, prepare reports, coordinate vendors, and help pivot with shifting priorities while maintaining confidentiality and a professional demeanor. This onsite role follows a 11:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two+ years of progressive administrative support or office coordination experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidentiality and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and station/company systems; willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Office Manager, department heads, and station teams.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, agendas, materials, rooms, and tech; manage follow-ups.
• Draft, format, and distribute memos, presentations, and reports; maintain internal communications.
• Manage vendor setup, invoicing, purchasing in Coupa and Graphite Connect; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Deliver customer-focused service to employees, visitors, partners, and vendors; oversee on-site logistics.
