Job summary

FOX 5 DC is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to help keep a fast-moving multiplatform operation connected and running smoothly. You will report to the Office Manager and support department heads, station teams, and partners across linear, digital, streaming, and social platforms.

You’ll manage calendars, communications, meetings, and vendor activities, while upholding confidentiality and strong service standards. On-site hours may vary with events and breaking news.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Office Manager and teams.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, agendas, rooms, and technology needs.
• Draft and format memos, reports, and internal communications.
• Manage vendor setup, invoicing, purchasing in Coupa and Graphite Connect.
• Support visitors, guests, and station events with on-site logistics.
• Prepare data-driven reports for station leadership and stakeholders.
• Support multiplatform initiatives across linear, digital, streaming, and social platforms.
