Job summary

FOX Television Stations in Bethesda, MD seeks an organized Administrative Coordinator to support a fast-moving multiplatform operation. You will assist the Office Manager, department heads, and station teams across linear TV, digital, streaming, and social media.

The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, multitasking ability, and discretion. You will manage calendars, travel, expenses, vendors, and reports while safeguarding confidential information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of progressively responsible administrative support or office coordination experience.
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn company systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Office Manager and department heads.
• Manage calendars, travel, expenses, supplies, mail, and special projects.
• Draft, proofread, format, and distribute memos, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate vendor setup, invoicing, purchasing, and related activity in company systems.
• Support station operations and on-site logistics, events, and tours.
