Job summary

FOX 5 DC is seeking an organized Administrative Coordinator to keep a fast-moving multiplatform operation connected and running smoothly. Reporting to the Office Manager, you’ll support station teams across linear TV, digital, streaming, and social media.

You’ll manage calendars, meetings, vendor coordination in Coupa and Graphite Connect, and deliver timely, data-driven updates for leadership. A high school diploma and 2+ years of admin experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of progressively responsible administrative support or office coordination experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with sound judgment and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn company systems (Workday, WideOrbit, Coupa, Graphite Connect).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Office Manager and station teams.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, agendas, materials, rooms, and tech.
• Draft and distribute memos, presentations, and reports; maintain internal channels.
• Manage vendor setup, invoicing, and related activity in Coupa and Graphite Connect.
• Coordinate access, hospitality, station tours, schedules, and on-site logistics.
• Prepare tracking and data-driven reports for leadership; monitor social trends.
• Support community and multiplatform initiatives across linear, digital, streaming, and social platforms.
• Maintain organized records and safeguard confidential information.
