Job summary

Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Multimodality Imaging to support installed base across Honolulu, HI, with travel required. You will install, troubleshoot and service advanced imaging equipment, applying electronic, mechanical, and networking knowledge to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 4+ years in electromechanical industries, and hold an Associate Degree in electronics (BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 4+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
• Ability to work in office/home office and/or remote setting, with on-site hospital work as needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and relocate to Honolulu, HI.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Provide exceptional customer service by meeting commitments and timelines.
• Complete PMs, FCOs, installations and related documentation.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and escalation processes.
• Travel approximately 70% across the specified geography.
