Job summary

Toole Design seeks a Practice Lead to steer its integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice in Minneapolis, MN. Qualifications

• 15+ years of success in transportation engineering and multimodal planning
• Experience leading integrated teams, delivering complex projects, and growing a transportation practice
• PE preferred; PTOE and/or AICP credentials are a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice
• Mentor engineers and planners and guide business development
• Shape the firm’s technical direction and maintain client relationships
• Oversee project delivery, quality control, and staffing to support growth
