Job summary

Toole Design seeks an experienced transportation professional to lead its integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice in Boston, MA. This leadership role combines practice leadership with active project delivery, reporting to Engineering Director and collaborating with Design and Planning Directors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of success on transportation engineering and multimodal planning projects.
• Experience leading integrated teams, programs, and growing a transportation practice.
• Strong leadership, business development, and client development skills.
• PE preferred; PTOE and/or AICP credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice.
• Mentor engineers and planners and guide major projects.
• Lead business development and strategic growth for the practice.
