Qualifications

• Five+ years in project/program management or related field.
• Three+ years managing multiple projects with deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, resources, and communications.
• Experience coordinating technical, creative, or production staff.
• Proficiency with trackers, calendars, and status reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary Cayuse POC for multimedia production requirements.
• Coordinate video, photography, livestream, and graphics requests.
• Maintain a scheduling/tracking system for all project requirements.
• Respond to customer requests within one business day.
• Develop staffing plans and timelines within three business days.
