Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support a mission-critical USPACOM program in Hawaii. The role focuses on delivering schedules, tracking milestones, coordinating stakeholders, and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining schedules, status reports, and executive updates; managing action items; and ensuring documentation quality.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph.
• Demonstrated project or program management experience within the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, federal government, or a comparable environment.
• Proven ability to manage deliverables, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining action-item trackers and driving tasks through completion.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members, customers, and senior leaders.
• Strong follow-through, judgment, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverable trackers, and action-item logs.
• Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Assign, track, and follow up on action items through closure.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and document follow-up requirements.
• Identify schedule risks, dependencies, and execution barriers and elevate them appropriately.
• Coordinate with internal teams, mission partners, customers, and senior leaders.
• Prepare status reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
• Maintain organized and accurate project documentation.
• Support quality-control reviews to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements.
• Drive accountability across project teams and maintain momentum against established priorities.
• Anticipate upcoming requirements and ensure stakeholders are prepared to meet deadlines
