Job summary

Mano Lani LLC seeks an experienced Program Manager to coordinate DoD and federal technology infrastructure projects in Hawaii. The role focuses on ISP/OSP fiber, structured cabling, network infrastructure, and AV/VC systems, from planning to closeout.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in PM within telecom or infrastructure, plus DoD experience and PMP preferred. Part-time with potential to go full-time; onsite work in Honolulu, HI, with security clearance required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience with fiber optics, structured cabling, and network infrastructure preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage DISA/DoD/federal telecom and tech projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and procurement status.
• Coordinate fiber optics, cabling, AV/VTC, and related infrastructure activities.
• Serve as primary coordination point between government customers, teams, vendors, and leadership.
• Review SOWs, task orders, drawings, and subcontractor documentation.
• Monitor scope, risks, and deviations requiring resolution or escalation.
