Job summary

Mano Lani LLC seeks a Program Manager in Honolulu, HI to plan, coordinate, and support DoD telecommunications and technology infrastructure projects across Hawaii.

The role covers ISP/OSP fiber, structured cabling, network infrastructure, and AV/VTC systems, from planning to closeout, in collaboration with government teams and vendors. The position is part-time with potential to transition to full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant project management/coordination experience.
• Experience with fiber optic infrastructure, ISP/OSP, network infrastructure, or low-voltage projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and schedules in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with federal contract requirements, SOW/PWS documentation, RFIs, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple DISA/DoD/federal telecommunications and technology projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop, maintain schedules, budgets, risk registers, and deliverable tracking.
• Coordinate fiber, cabling, network infrastructure, AV/VTC, and related systems.
• Serve as primary coordination point between government customers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate site surveys, design reviews, installations, testing, and customer acceptance.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare RFIs and status reports.
