Job summary

Cayuse Holdings is seeking a Program Manager to lead and oversee all O&M performance for the client’s program across Maui, HI, Socorro, NM, and Diego Garcia. You will manage cost, schedule, staffing, quality, and security while coordinating with internal leadership and external partners to meet mission objectives.

The role requires 10+ years in technical services or O&M, with 5+ years managing multi-site, 24/7 environments; Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, program management, space operations, or related discipline preferred.
• Advanced education such as a master’s degree is highly desirable.
• Equivalent senior military experience or defense program management may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in technical services or operations and maintenance missions.
• At least 5 years of experience managing geographically dispersed, classified, multi-site programs or 24/7 mission-critical environments.
• Experience with space domain awareness and/or optical sensor operations is preferred.
• Top Secret/ SCI Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract operations and ensure successful execution of program objectives across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with internal leadership and external partners to align with mission objectives.
• Oversee staffing, subcontractor coordination, risk mitigation, and PMRs for operational excellence.
• Ensure documentation is maintained and compliant with standards.
• Direct cross-training and succession planning to maintain leadership stability.
• Provide after-hours support and ensure readiness for classified, rotating schedules.
