Job summary

The role focuses on coordinating video, photography, livestreams, and graphics, managing staffing plans and schedules, and ensuring compliance with military installation requirements.

You will work with cross-functional teams, maintain trackers and status reports, and respond to requests within one business day.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five (5+) years of experience in project management, program coordination, operations management, production management, event management, or a related field.
• At least three (3+) years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects, deliverables, or customer requests in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, resources, customer communication, deliverable tracking, and issue resolution.
• Experience coordinating and managing technical, creative, or production personnel.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining trackers, calendars, work plans, status reports, and customer action logs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Local availability on Oahu and ability to meet military installation access requirements.
• Must pass a background check; PMP/CAPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for multimedia production requirements and coordination.
• Receive, review, log, prioritize, and coordinate video, photography, livestreams, and graphics requests.
• Maintain and utilize a software-based request-management and scheduling system.
• Respond to customer requests within one business day.
• Develop staffing plans, resource requirements, schedules, and key assumptions within three business days.
• Identify and communicate conflicts and provide solutions.
• Coordinate event planning activities and lead times.
• Schedule videographers, photographers, livestream staff, and graphics teams.
