Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Educational Design, or five years ISD experience.
• Experience with ADDIE, instructional design practices, and educational assessment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams/Zoom).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational expertise in multimedia, graphics, and media projects with SMEs and teams.
• Recommend instructional platforms, media, tools, and delivery methods.
• Add and test online courseware and prepare improvement reports.
• Create training plans and guide validation in ISD process.
• Design training materials: text, audio/video scripts; manage curriculum files.
• Analyze student feedback and course evaluations to propose ISD-driven improvements.
• Coordinate project requests, scope meetings, storyboard content, and approvals.
• Validate educational content and delivery throughout multimedia development.
