Job summary

Cape Fox subsidiary Cape Fox Federal Integrators seeks an organized Multimedia Project ISD to apply ADDIE principles to develop innovative multimedia training solutions for a federal government client.

The role encompasses creating e-learning courseware, instructional materials, and reports with recommendations for improvements, using learning technologies and MS Office. Incumbents are encouraged to apply and must meet ISD qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or five years of ISD experience required.
• Experience with ADDIE Instructional Systems Design.
• Proficiency with政府/industry standard learning tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Apply ISD principles to develop multimedia training and e-learning materials.
• Coordinate development with SMEs, Project/Production Manager, and Production Team.
• Test and validate online courseware; prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
• Create training plans and guide validation phases of ISD processes.
• Maintain curriculum files and records; ensure high quality instructional materials.
