Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation, through its Cape Fox Federal Integrators unit, seeks a Multimedia Project Instructional Systems Designer to apply ADDIE to develop multimedia training, e-learning, and instructional materials for a federal government client.

The ideal candidate will have ISD expertise, experience with learning technologies and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic team environment. This is a contingent, on-site role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Educational Design, or five years of ISD experience
• Experience with ADDIE methodology and ISD best practices
• Proficiency with learning technologies (Adobe Captivate, SCORM packaging), and Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

• Apply ADDIE to develop multimedia training, e-learning courseware, and instructional materials
• Collaborate with SMEs, Project/Production Manager, and Production Team to create educational content
• Create training plans, storyboards, and validation guidance across ISD phases
• Test and refine courseware; manage curriculum files and records
• Coordinate content reviews and obtain final approvals for multimedia delivery
• Provide consultation and validation of educational content throughout development
