Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC seeks a Multimedia Project Instructional Systems Designer to support our government customer at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. You will create and validate multimedia training materials, collaborate with SMEs and production teams, and apply ADDIE to ensure course objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in educational technology, Instructional Design, Educational Design OR five years’ ISD experience in two of: learning theory, educational psychology, assessment, or instructional design practices.
• Master’s degree in educational technology or related discipline is highly preferred.
• Experience with ADDIE within educational development is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide educational expertise in multimedia, graphics, and media projects in collaboration with SME, PM, and Production Team.
• Recommend platforms, media, tools, and delivery methods for training programs.
• Develop, test, and report on online courseware, with recommendations for improvements.
