GDH is seeking a skilled project lead to drive complex multimedia infrastructure and AV deployment initiatives. The role requires onsite participation, coordination of cross-functional teams and vendors, and weekend cutovers to maintain timelines and readiness.

The candidate will manage plans, budgets, and schedules, while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver robust multimedia solutions across multiple locations in the New York area. Strong communication and network awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Project management experience for complex infrastructure deployments.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement.
• On-site work in NYC area with travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Project.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and communications.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multimedia network migrations and large deployments.
• Coordinate vendor activities and manage RFP support.
• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Conduct site audits and participate in deployments and weekend work.
• Gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with objectives.
• Provide technical coordination for device connectivity and on-site troubleshooting.
• Manage documentation, change orders, handovers.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, coordinate corrective actions.
• Support integration of multimedia tech including video conferencing.
• Participate in governance meetings and vendor discussions to maintain standards.
