Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead broadcast and media technology projects, owning scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction across the full lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams and external consultants.

This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of broadcast operations, and a track record of managing multi-million dollar programs. Travel and client engagement are key components of the position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a project manager in media technology projects, especially in consulting.
• Knowledgeable of broadcast operations and technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Supervisory and people skills.
• Experience managing design/build projects for the Media business unit.

Responsibilities

• Provides clear leadership and ownership for the project within Diversified, including accurate and timely verbal and written communication and follow up.
• Coordinates all activities to ensure timely, accurate and on-budget completion of the project, including engaging stakeholders and running meetings.
• Maintains communication between stakeholders and provides project updates as required.
• Monitors budgets and ensures cost, timing, and staffing controls.
• Develops and maintains all related project schedules and delivers documentation to the client.
