Job summary

Diversified, a global leader in audiovisual and media technology, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead broadcast projects from initiation through closing. You’ll coordinate schedules, budgets, scope, and client satisfaction while guiding diverse teams and stakeholders.

Based in the Boston area, this role focuses on complex projects with cross-functional teams, providing clear communication, risk management, and continual process improvement to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a project manager in media technology projects, especially in consulting.
• Knowledgeable of broadcast operations and technologies.
• Comfortable with hardware and software-based solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Supervisory and people skills.
• Ability to manage design/build projects for the Media business unit.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• CSM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and ownership for the project within Diversified.
• Coordinate activities to complete projects on time and on budget.
• Manage client and internal meetings and communications.
• Ensure frequent communication among stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee documentation and punch lists and contract with contractors as needed.
• Monitor project status and profitability.
• Ensure quality and continuous improvement.
• Transition projects to subsequent teams.
