Job summary

Blue & Co., LLC is seeking a Multimedia Marketing Manager to lead planning, production, and delivery of multimedia content across Studio Blue, Mobile Studio Blue, and virtual platforms. The role blends hands-on production with strategy, project management, and process ownership.

The position manages photo/video release workflows, helps develop a new podcast, and serves as the lead technical producer for webinars using Zoom Webinar.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multimedia projects from initial concept through final delivery.
• Video production and editing skills, including camera operation, lighting, audio capture, and post-production.
• Photography, audio production, and graphics creation for multimedia content.
• Experience producing live virtual events or webinars, including presenter preparation and real-time troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines, communicate priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues of varying technical and on-camera experience.
• Sound judgment handling permissions, internal information, and content approvals.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with Marketing colleagues and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end multimedia planning and production including video and photography.
• Develop and execute podcast strategy and production workflows.
• Manage photo and video release workflows and asset libraries.
• Oversee production operations, schedules, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate Studio Blue and Mobile Studio Blue equipment and logistics.
• Guide presenters and collaborators through production processes and provide direction.
