Job summary

Lowenstein Sandler seeks a Multimedia Content Specialist to lead planning, production and publication of podcasts and videos. You will collaborate with attorneys and business services to manage multiple series from concept to publication.

With hybrid work in New York or New Jersey, you will coordinate recording logistics, editing, captions, and distribution, while guiding junior staff and upholding brand and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, multimedia production or a related field.
• 3-5 years of multimedia, digital marketing or communications experience; professional services preferred.
• Experience supporting podcast and video projects, production schedules, external vendors and approvals.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and storytelling skills; able to simplify complex topics.
• Knowledge of recording/post-production workflows, transcripts, captions, accessibility and web publishing standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage recurring podcast and video series and one-off multimedia projects from concept through publication.
• Develop episode topics, series plans and production briefs with attorneys and internal stakeholders.
• Schedule recordings and coordinate participants, vendors, locations, technology and timelines.
• Draft and edit episode titles, descriptions and promotional copy; review transcripts and captions.
• Publish podcasts to syndication platforms and videos to Vimeo and Lowenstein.com with metadata and thumbnails; coordinate with the Digital team.
