Job summary

Brave Bison is seeking an ambitious editor and producer to join our marketing team, handling audio and video for podcasts and on-site content at conferences and events. You’ll work with designers to create social-first assets and ensure high-quality storytelling across formats.

You’ll own podcast production for three shows and lead video production for marketing across our units, delivering fast, engaging content while adapting to trends and feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience in audio production and video production across formats.
• Ability to generate short-form social-first content from long-form video/audio.
• Comfort working under tight deadlines and coordinating with guests and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own production for three podcasts: SocialMinds, Brave Talk, The Commentary Box, including recording sessions, edits and delivery timelines.
• Produce engaging marketing videos across all business units, including social channels, reels and quarter highlights.
• Collaborate with design to add templates, graphics and branding overlays.
• Support on-site content capture at live events and post-event editing.
• Monitor and analyse performance data of video and podcast content to optimise engagement.
• Inspire internal teams by sharing new podcast episodes and social video content.
