Job summary

Blue & Co., LLC seeks a Multimedia Marketing Manager to lead planning, production, and delivery of multimedia content across video, photography, podcasts, and webinars. This role supports the firm’s 650+ employees through Studio Blue, Mobile Studio Blue, and virtual platforms, combining hands-on production with strategy and project management.

You will manage release workflows, help develop a new podcast, and serve as lead technical producer for webinars using Zoom Webinar.

Qualifications

Portfolio demonstrating strong multimedia production skills, with emphasis on video and other formats.
Bachelor’s degree in media, video production, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Adobe Creative Cloud certification or drone pilot certification.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end video production including concept, scripting, filming, editing, and distribution.
Produce photography and capture B‑roll to enrich marketing content library.
Manage podcast and webinar production workflows, from planning to publishing.
Configure and operate studio and on‑location production equipment for campaigns.
Coordinate with Marketing and stakeholders to align content with brand standards.
Ensure accessibility: captions, transcripts, and readable on‑screen content.
