Gap Inc. is hiring a Manager, Multimedia Event Production to lead and deliver live and recorded content across corporate events, product launches, broadcasts, and executive engagements. You’ll drive production standards and coach a high-performing team.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in multimedia or live event production, hands-on mastery of multi-camera, audio, lighting, livestreaming, and enterprise platforms such as Zoom, with strong budget and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multimedia or live event production experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional production teams.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts.
• Strong knowledge of livestreaming and enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Experience in a large global corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and governance of multimedia productions from concept to delivery.
• Oversee livestream, multi-camera productions, and platform delivery.
• Develop scalable production systems and SOPs.
• Mentor producers, video engineers, and editors.
• Partner with executives, marketing, and brand teams.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and post-event reviews.
