Job summary

Forcht Broadcasting Radio & Digital is seeking qualified sales candidates with 2+ years’ experience in radio and digital advertising. The role focuses on developing multi-platform campaigns, meeting with clients, and delivering write-ups for on-air spots and digital dashboards.

A post-secondary business-related degree is preferred but not required. Compensation will reflect sales experience and market opportunities; equal opportunity employer.

Job description

Qualified candidates should have at least 2-years sales experience, digital sales experience preferred. Having a post-secondary degree in business, marketing, or communications is preferred but is not a requirement to submit a resume for the career opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Understand broadcast radio and digital sales and how both work together to develop effective advertising solutions
• Develop successful advertising and marketing solutions and campaigns for clients using multi-media platforms
• Schedule meetings with clients to discuss radio and digital marketing opportunities with TCW Radio
• Write client script copy for on-air radio spots and the digital dashboard
• Meet monthly sales goals and assist the market General Sales Manager in creating and meeting monthly market goals and in developing new campaigns for clients
• Engage in professional development opportunities provided and paid for by Forcht Broadcasting Radio & Digital, which includes taking online digital marketing courses from the Radio Advertising Bureau
• Find new advertising partners and set appointments for advertising solutions meetings with new clients
• Represent TCW Radio at various community activities and meetings such as chamber of commerce meetings, ribbon-cutting ceremonies, and etc.

Compensation will reflect sales and work experience. A competitive package will be offered to qualified candidates.
