Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; previous customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Access; Lotus Notes; Internet.
• Fluency in languages other than English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide member resolution by researching, analyzing, and documenting inquiries regarding program eligibility; answer application and service questions to maintain and attract membership; conduct follow-up calls and request missing documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing members by guiding them through recertification; identify unfulfilled needs and educate on benefits; overcome objections to retain members.
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation for the application process; track actions and ensure accurate reflectance in member accounts.
• Input, update, and create member information on databases; perform administrative functions.
