Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Remote Retention Program Advisor for our Care Center. You will engage with potential customers about appointments and inquiries, using retention rebuttals to secure attendance or reschedule as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for customer interactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months in customer service, call center, or retention-focused roles.
• Experience handling objections, conflict resolution, or retention preferred.
• Strong multitasking skills navigating CRM/scheduling systems during live calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, empathetic and persuasive communication style.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for appointment scheduling and inquiries.
• Assist customers through installation process with clear information on policies and procedures.
• Address cancellations by identifying concerns and offering retention solutions.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM and scheduling platforms.
• Navigate multiple systems while maintaining a positive, solution-focused conversation.
• De-escalate challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues with timely follow-up.
• Meet performance metrics related to customer retention and call quality.
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards.
• Provide general Care Center support as assigned.
