Job summary

The Multilingual Case Manager role focuses on helping clients resettle, access resources, and achieve self-sufficiency while maintaining high standards of language access and cultural competency.

This position emphasizes collaboration with community networks, provision of in-home and transportation services, and strict adherence to contract requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office365.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural setting and with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain case management for refugee clients per contracts.
• Develop strength-based service plans to remove barriers to self-sufficiency.
• Connect clients with community networks and support systems.
• Provide transportation for clients to appointments and ensure language access.
• Deliver in-home services including case management and education.
• Maintain regular contact with active cases and complete progress notes.
• Coordinate referrals to refugee service providers and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Advise on culturally appropriate services and advocate for clients.
• Model professional communication and support a positive staff network.
• Demonstrate sensitivity to cultural and socioeconomic differences.
