Job summary

Lutheran Community Services NW is seeking staff to support immigration services across WA, OR, and ID. This role emphasizes serving clients with immigration needs, maintaining organized caseloads, and ensuring accurate case notes in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required; DOJ accreditation may be needed depending on the program or location. The organization values resilience, diversity, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Requires fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience with Immigration and the DOJ.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a representative of the immigration program within the community.
• Counsel clients with immigration needs and serve as their legal representative.
• Complete family-based immigration applications such as Adjustment of Status and Naturalization.
• Maintain an ongoing, organized client caseload with detailed notes.
• Keep knowledge up to date on immigration policy and DOJ accreditation.
