Job summary

Pocruises is seeking an International Guest Services Associate to provide premium service to guests globally. Responsibilities include responding to guest inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the Global Guest program through translations. The ideal candidate should possess an Associate's Degree, relevant work experience in hospitality or call centers, and bilingual skills. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle guest complaints effectively. Training on safety procedures and varied shift work will be expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in Front Office Operation or Hospitality Environment.
• Must hold valid STCW certificate.
• Must be able to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to Guest requests and concerns.
• Provide premium Guest service in person and over the phone.
• Log and maintain records of Guest inquiries and concerns.
