Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. aboard a cruise ship seeks a Guest Services liaison focused on non-English-speaking guests. You will assist at the Guest Services Desk, translate, arrange restaurant bookings, special dietary and tour arrangements, and support immigration checks.

This role requires intermediate to advanced English and another language, plus one year of hotel or onboard guest service management experience and proficiency with Word, Excel, Micros, and Fidelio Cruise.

Qualifications

• English level: intermediate to advanced written and spoken.
• Additional language at least one (German, Spanish, Russian, French or Italian) preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Micros and Fidelio Cruise required.
• At least one year management experience in hotel/hospitality or onboard guest services.

Responsibilities

• Receives and handles special requests from non-English-speaking groups and individual guests.
• Translates and assists with restaurant bookings, dietary needs, and tours for non-English-speaking guests.
• Contacts non-English-speaking guests and group leaders for organizing events and ensuring requests are fulfilled.
• Assists at embarkation/disembarkation and port talks, and during immigration inspections as needed.
• Maintains translations for Freestyle Daily and greets VIP guests in suites when possible.
