Job summary

Canton Public Schools is seeking a part-time Elementary Tutor for Multilingual Learners to support Grades K-5 students who are multilingual learners. The role involves in-class support 4 days per week, totaling 16–19.5 hours weekly from late September through late May.

Preferred candidates will have MA Elementary Certification and SEI Endorsement, with familiarity with ML learners and WIDA levels. The tutor will document progress notes and assist teachers with data-driven instruction.

Qualifications

• MA Elementary Certification preferred

• Familiarity with ML Learners
• Experience interpreting WIDA levels and associated skills
• Familiarity with the Massachusetts Math Curriculum Frameworks

Education

MA Elementary Certification preferred
