Qualifications

• Two years of college coursework or an Associate’s degree or proof of fluency.
• Proficiency in English and one of: Haitian Creole/English, French/English, or Spanish/English.
• Reliability and strong commitment to consistent scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with certified staff to identify student needs and plan instruction.
• Provide instructional support in a small-group setting.
• Maintain records of student progress and mandated instructional minutes.
• Communicate progress with certified staff.
