Typical duties include collaborating with staff to plan instruction, providing small-group push-in support, and maintaining progress records.

Qualifications

• At least two years of college coursework or an Associate's degree.
• Fluency in English and one target language (Creole, French, or Spanish).
• Ability to support instruction in a small-group setting under supervision of certified staff.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and mandated instructional minutes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with certified staff to identify student needs and plan instruction.
• Provide instructional support in a small-group, push-in setting.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and mandated instructional minutes.
• Communicate regularly with certified staff regarding student progress.
• Use instructional materials provided by certified staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal or ESOL Teacher.
