We are seeking a dynamic leader for the Supervisor role, responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of union-represented mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblers. This role focuses on composite, paint, assembly bonding, and testing processes, and is essential to achieving our team’s goals of quality, efficiency, and innovation. Must have strong communication written and oral; build effective relationships; and ability to resolve conflict. Must be able to work in a fast paced, flexible environment, including overtime periods, as needed.

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
