We are seeking a dynamic leader for the Supervisor role, responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of union-represented mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblers. This role focuses on composite, paint, assembly bonding, and testing processes, and is essential to achieving our team’s goals of quality, efficiency, and innovation. Must have strong communication written and oral; build effective relationships; and ability to resolve conflict. Must be able to work in a fast paced, flexible environment, including overtime periods, as needed.

This position is located in Orlando, FL Discover Orlando. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

• Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent
• experience.

• Prior leadership/management experience
• Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
