Drives adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, robotics, computer aided manufacturing software, etc.) to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement. Leverages understanding of materials and automatic processes to define operations procedures and build sequences to drive operational excellence. Basic Qualifications

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a technical or relevant discipline and 3 years of manufacturing experience or 2 years of manufacturing experience with a master’s degree.

Experience leading a team effort in manufacturing assembly, integration, and/or test operations within a production environment.

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and retain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance. Lockheed Martin will assist selected candidate with obtaining at least an Interim Secret Clearance prior to starting.

Must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives(“ATF”) background investigation to obtain “employee possessor” approval (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.

LM Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt certification.

Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LM-MFC) production data systems (Winchill MPM-Link, Apriso, SAP), (LM MFC) test equipment and tooling hardware and document control.

Experience with design, fabrication, installation, initial calibration, prove-out and maintenance of special tools and equipment, continuous yield improvement activities, root cause and corrective action analysis, cost reduction (affordability) and post-production depot operation activities.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
