Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead day-to-day assembly and test operations. You will supervise manufacturing supervisors and a represented workforce of 50–100 technicians, delivering products for the MDCS, Radar & Sensor Systems, and Mission Systems and Weapons segments.
The role requires Lean manufacturing expertise, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage transitions from design to production.

The Manufacturing Manager role is responsible for leading day-to-day assembly & test operations in the Moorestown, NJ facility.
Please Note: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
You are a dedicated people leader who excels at mentoring supervisors and technicians within a represented workforce to achieve operational excellence. You blend Lean Manufacturing expertise with a supportive leadership style to guide your team through the complexities of transitioning new technologies into production.

Apropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
Prior leadership experience.
Demonstrated knowledge / practical experience with Lean Manufacturing / Flow.
Candidate must be able to obtain an Interim Secret DoD clearance prior to starting this position. Obtaining a clearance requires US citizenship.
Experience working with digital tools / data analysis in support of manufacturing operations.
Leadership experience in a represented workforce environment.
Experience with electrical & mechanical assembly & test in support of radar & launcher subsystems and components.
Full-Time Salary Range: $123400.00 - $229200.00
