Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee multiple manufacturing areas such as machining, assembly, tool and die, and packaging. This role coordinates recruitment, training, performance, work assignments, salary decisions, and recognition or disciplinary actions across subordinate teams.

Candidate should have experience managing several product lines and be proficient in production scheduling, with a solid understanding of production flow and a path to obtaining a Secret

Basic Qualifications

Previous experience managing multiple product lines.Previous experience developing production staffingplans. Ability to obtain a Secret Security ClearanceProduction schedule proficiency.Understanding of production flow.

Desired Skills

Proven ability to manage changing production demands.

Proven ability to allocate resources and personnel in support of program milestones while supporting overarching strategic site vision.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $98700.00 - $183300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
