You’ll coordinate recruitment, training, performance reviews, work assignments, and compensation while aligning operations with DoD requirements. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of leading aviation programs, strong cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in SOP development, quality audits, and enterprise scheduling tools.

• Ability to travel as required to support program operations, facilitate off-site coordination, or attend enterprise reviews.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) to manage scheduling, analyze cost data, and draft technical procedures.

Basic Qualifications

Desired Skills

• Deep domain knowledge of Rotary Wing (RW) aircraft platforms and defense aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations. Familiarity with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations or DCMA 8210.1C aviation ground and flight operations procedures.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent program management certification. Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification with a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement/Kaizen events in a production environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), cost-performance analysis, and master scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera). Experience managing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Direct experience leading or supporting formal quality audits such as AS9100, ISO 9001, or military aviation readiness reviews. Strong background in writing, implementing, and enforcing standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
• Experience operating within US Government / Department of Defense (DoD) contracting environments, specifically managing complex Task Order structures.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $98700.00 - $183300.00

• Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
