Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Florida seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee multiple functional areas, including machining, assembly, tool and die, and packaging.

You will recruit, mentor, and evaluate staff, assign work, manage performance, and ensure safety and quality standards. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and cost-reduction strategies is required. IPC/WHMA 610 Certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading teams in aerospace manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies.
• Experience with assemblies, Circuit Card Assembly Production and Coating application.

• Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience leading teams in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and cost reduction strategies.
• Working experience with assemblies, Circuit Card Assembly Production and Coating application.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
