Job summary

TCC Materials, a family-owned producer of architectural and concrete specialty products, is hiring for an hourly production role in Eldridge, IA. You will perform forklift driving, packing, labeling, and packaging tasks while supporting inventory and quality control in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities include operating batching and production systems, recording outputs, and adhering to safety and PPE rules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for production sheets.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move items within production and warehouse.
• Pack, label, and palletize products.
• Record production data on worksheets.
• Monitor quality and weights on the line.
• Assist inventory reviews and raw material orders.
• Follow PPE and safety rules.
• Maintain clean work area and housekeeping.
• Support production team to meet goals.
