Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in carrying out maintenance across our communities. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, including make-ready work and safety compliance.

You will respond to resident requests, inspect property conditions daily, and help maintain logs, inventories, and EPA/OSHA standards while supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance for community buildings and units, including preventative, routine and emergency tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests and manage repair work for common areas and residences.
• Maintain the property’s safety, cleanliness, and cosmetic appearance.
• Assist with inspections, inventory, and documentation of service requests and OSHA standards.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with on-site duties.
